Vitamin C Packed Strawberry Orange Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 medium orange, peeled
  • ¾-1 cup unsweetened almond milk, plus more to thin if necessary

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Serves 2. Feel free to cut the recipe in half to serve 1.

Recipe Notes

  1. If you don’t like bananas, you can sub 1 cup frozen pineapple.
  2. Feel free to add ½ cup plain greek yogurt for a boost of protein. If you add yogurt, you may want to consider reducing the almond milk to 1/2 cup total. Feel free to add more if necessary to thin out smoothie to your liking.
