Strawberry Ice cream

Ingredients

  1. 300 g Strawberry
  2. 50 g Sugar
  3. 50 g Condensed milk
  4. 200 ml Whipped cream

Cooking Instructions

  • Soak the strawberries in baking soda water for 5 minutes and wash them in running water.
  • Cut the washed strawberries into small pieces.
  • Add sugar, condensed milk, and whipped cream to the strawberries and mix.
  • Grind gently with a mixer.
  • Sieve it to create a softer texture.
  • Freeze in the freezer for more than 3 hours.
