Ingredients
- For the fillings
- I big fried fish shredded
- Boiled mashed potatoes
- Grated carrot
- Green peas and beans
- Onions and pepper
- Ginger, thyme, tumeric
- Salt, knorr
- Vegetable oil
- For the crepes
- 2 cups flour
- I egg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 cup water
- For the coating
- Bread crumbs
- 2 small eggs+ 2 tablespoons water
Cooking Instructions
- Prepare ur bread crumbs and set aside.
- Make ur fillings and set aside. Ensure it’s well seasoned. The sweetness should come from the fillings.
- Add the ingredients for crepes together.
- Make the crepes.
- Add ur fillings to the crepes.
- Coat ur rolls. You can use the crepe mixture if u don’t have eggs for the coating.
- Fry until golden brown on medium flame.
- Your rolls are ready. Enjoy!
