Sri lankan Fish Rolls

Ingredients

  • For the fillings
  • I big fried fish shredded
  • Boiled mashed potatoes
  • Grated carrot
  • Green peas and beans
  • Onions and pepper
  • Ginger, thyme, tumeric
  • Salt, knorr
  • Vegetable oil
  • For the crepes
  • 2 cups flour
  • I egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 1/2 cup water
  • For the coating
  • Bread crumbs
  • 2 small eggs+ 2 tablespoons water

Cooking Instructions

  1. Prepare ur bread crumbs and set aside.
  2. Make ur fillings and set aside. Ensure it’s well seasoned. The sweetness should come from the fillings.
  3. Add the ingredients for crepes together.
  4. Make the crepes.
  5. Add ur fillings to the crepes.
  6. Coat ur rolls. You can use the crepe mixture if u don’t have eggs for the coating.
  7. Fry until golden brown on medium flame.
  8. Your rolls are ready. Enjoy!
