1 cup frozen Asian-style stir-fry vegetables, thawed
1/2 lb uncooked shrimp
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion
2 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
With lots of veggies and delicious Success® Brown Rice, this Chinese-inspired shrimp and vegetable stir-fry is a complete meal that’s ready in minutes!
Prepare rice according to package directions. Spread rice on a cookie sheet and allow to cool.
Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add mushrooms, onion, garlic and ginger and sauté for 2 minutes, or until beginning to soften.
Add stir-fry vegetables and cook for an additional 2 min. Add shrimp and cook for another 3 minutes.
Whisk together oyster sauce, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl. Add to stir-fry mixture and cook stirring for 1 more minute.
Add rice and green onions to skillet and toss to combine and heat through. Garnish with sesame seeds.
