Savoury Chinese style pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 large or 4 small Eggs
  • 1 cup Chilled milk or 1/2 cup
  • 2 cup flour
  • Spices
  • 1/4 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1/4 Chicken cube
  • 1/4 tsp Cheese  flavouring
  • As per taste salt
  • Veggies and chicken mix
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Boiled shredded
  • 1/4 cup cabbage shredded
  • 1/4 cup carrot shredded
  • 3/4 tbsp Corn
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  • 2-3 Chillies chopped
  • Condiments
  • 1/4 cup chilli garlic sauce
  • 1–2 teaspoons chilli flakes (optional)
  • Coleslaw (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a large bowl place eggs, flour and 1 chilled milk 🥛 and whisk to make a thin batter.
  2. Mix spices and vegetables in it mix it well
  3. Spray a large non-stick frying pan with olive oil and set over a medium-high heat. Add ¼ cup of the batter and swirl pan gently to form a thin layer. Cook for 5 seconds each side, then remove and cover to keep warm. Repeat with remaining batter to make 8 pancakes.
  4. Pancakes with lettuce, coleslaw, mayonnaise and drizzle chilli garlic sauce and sprinkle with chilli flakes, if using. Gently fold or roll up pancakes to serve.
