Raspberry Sake Tea Cocktail

Equipment

• Celestial Seasonings Raspberry Zinger Herbal Tea, 20 Count (Pack of 6)
• Joy Jolt Stella Lead Free Crystal Highball Glass 14.2-Ounce Barware Collins Tumbler Drinking Glasses For Water, Juice, Beer, And Cocktail Set Of 4
• Cooks Standard 3-Quart Multi-Ply Clad Stainless Steel Saucepan with Lid

Ingredients

• 1/2 gallon water
• 5 raspberry flavored tea bags
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 750 ml sake – more or less as needed depending on the company

Instructions

1. In a large pot, bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the teabags and remove from heat.
3. Allow to steep.
4. Remove the tea bags and stir in the sugar until dissolved.
5. Pour into a pitcher and let cool in refrigerator.
6. When ready to serve, stir in the sake and some fresh ice.
7. Serve with fresh raspberries to garnish the glasses.
