Equipment
- Large Wok or Skillet
- 5-quart pot
- chopsticks
Ingredients
- 1 lb spaghetti (broken in half)
- 1 chicken breast (cut into strips)
Sauce
- 1/4 cup sweet and sour sauce (Kikkoman)
- 1/4 cup stir-fry sauce (Kikkoman)
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce (MAE PLOY brand)
- 1/2 tsp Sriracha sauce
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to box instructions for 12 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in a large wok or skillet sauté the chicken in 3 Tbsp of oil until done and browned.
- Add in 3-4 Tbsp of oil, the cooked and drained pasta, and add all the sauce ingredients. Toss to coat and stir fry for 1-2 minutes over high. Serve or fluff up the noodles by covering them with a lid for 5 minutes (optional.)
