Ingredients
- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- ½ cup canned pumpkin
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1½ tbsp natural almond butter
- ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
