Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ½ cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup canned pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1½ tbsp natural almond butter
  • ¼ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
