INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups fresh pear
- ½ cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons protein powder
- 2 cups nondairy milk or nondairy yogurt of choice
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 cup ice more if you like it really frozen
- 3 tablespoons shredded coconut
- ¼ cup pecans
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add the pear, cider, protein powder, milk, yogurt and ice to a Vitamix or blender.
- Blend until creamy.
- Pour into a bowl and garnish with pecan and shredded coconut.
