Ingredients
- 2/3 c. frozen peaches
- 1/2 c. chopped summer squash
- 1/4 c. coconut water
- Cara Cara orange pieces, pepitas, and toasted coconut chips, for serving
Directions
- In a blender, puree peaches, squash, and coconut water until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top with oranges, pepitas, and coconut if desired.
