peach blueberry smoothie

Ingredients 

  • 1 large peach Note 1
  • 1 cup blueberries 200 g
  • 2 cups nut milk 500 ml, Note 2
  • ¼ cup oats 25 g
  • sweetener to taste, Note 3

Instructions

  1. Chop the peach. Place in the food processor/blender.1 large peach
  2. Add blueberries, milk, oats, and some sweetener.1 cup blueberries/ 200 g + 2 cups nut milk/ 500 ml + ¼ cup oats/ 25 g
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Check if the smoothie is sweet enough for you. Add more sweetener, if necessary. Serve immediately.

Notes

  1. You can use nectarines instead of peaches. 
  2. I use almond or coconut milk most of the time. Any other kind of milk, including cow milk, is fine.
  3. Honey, maple syrup, stevia or xylitol.
