Peach and Pecan Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 medium peach, chopped and frozen
  • 1/2 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
  • 14 pecan halves
  • 2 tbsp rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
