Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 medium peach, chopped and frozen
- 1/2 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- 14 pecan halves
- 2 tbsp rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
- Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
