Passion Fruit-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe passion fruits (See Cook’s Note)
  • 1/2 small ripe mango, cut into chunks
  • 1/3 cup fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Juice of 1/2 orange
  • 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch kosher salt

Directions

  1. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the seeded flesh into a blender. Add the mango, yogurt, orange juice, vanilla, a pinch of salt and 4 ice cubes. Blend until smooth; you’ll still be able to see the broken up seeds. Drink right away.
