Paleo Iced Coffee Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp paleo vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 shot espresso
  • 1/2 Medjool date
  • Ice

How to Make It

1. In a blender, combine protein powder, cashew milk, espresso shot, and date and purée until smooth. Blend in ice until desired consistency is reached.
