ORANGE SMOOTHIE WITH KEFIR

Ingredients

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented
  • 1 banana, sliced + frozen If you don’t have frozen banana, add extra ice
  • 1 cup milk kefir, plain (or coconut milk kefir)
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
  • 4 ice cubes, optional
  • Optional toppings: shredded coconut, small chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Blend all ingredients.  Sweeten to taste if desired.  Add toppings if desired. Drink while still cold.
  2. Make Ahead:  Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
