Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled and segmented
- 1 banana, sliced + frozen If you don’t have frozen banana, add extra ice
- 1 cup milk kefir, plain (or coconut milk kefir)
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional
- 4 ice cubes, optional
- Optional toppings: shredded coconut, small chocolate chips
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients. Sweeten to taste if desired. Add toppings if desired. Drink while still cold.
- Make Ahead: Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
