Orange Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cold milk
  • ½ cup vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 medium oranges, peeled and segmented
  • 1 medium banana
  • 4 cubes ice

Directions

  1. Gather all ingredients.
  2. Combine milk, yogurt, sugar, and salt in a blender. Add oranges and banana and blend for about 1 minute. Add ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
