Ingredients
- 1 orange, peeled
- 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup fresh cilantro – small stems ok
- juice of one large lime
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 1 small Turkish cucumber, cubed (1 cup)
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1 banana ( frozen is great!)
- 1 cup baby kale ( optional)
- 1–3 slices jalapeno ( or more to taste)
- a couple ice cubes
- chia seeds- optional
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until smooth, adding a tablespoon of water if necessary to get the blender going. Add a few ice cubes to the blender to chill it (or use frozen bananas or pineapple).
- Divide into two glasses and sprinkle with chia seeds
- Makes 2 smoothies, or one extra large one.
