Methi omelette

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon fresh methi leaves if you have dried add half teaspoon
  • 1 tablespoon onion
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red chili powder
  • 1/4 black pepper powder
  • Oil or ghee for fry

Cooking Instructions

  1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the chopped fenugreek leaves (or dried fenugreek powder), chopped onion, salt, and pepper green chilli coriander leaves red chili flakes or chili powder. Beat everything together until well combined.
  2. Heat oil or ghee in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
    Pour the egg mixture into the pan, spreading it evenly.
    Cook until the edges are set, then flip the omelette and cook the other side until golden brown.
  3. Enjoy your Methi Anda with roti, paratha.
