Meal-Replacement Paleo Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1/2 frozen banana, sliced, or 4 florets frozen cauliflower
  • 1/4 cup coconut yogurt
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries, plus more for serving
  • 1/4 cup frozen spinach
  • 2 Tbsp paleo vanilla or plain protein powder
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

How to Make It

  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until smooth. Top with extra frozen blueberries.
