Mango Smoothie Recipe

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 1/2 large orange, segmented
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Optional nutritional add-ins: ground flaxseed meal, chia seeds, unsweetened protein powder

INSTRUCTIONS
