Korean Style Lettuce Salad
Ingredients
- 150 grams Iceberg Lettuce
- 1 sheet Nori Seaweed
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Sesame Oil
- 1 tsp Chinese Soup Stock
- 1 clove Grated Garlic
- 1 tsp White Sesame Seed
Cooking Instructions
- Wash the Lettuce and tear it into bite-size by hand.
- Rub the Nori Seaweed by hand to make it smaller.
- Mix ingredients in a big bowl.
- Put the Lettuce and Nori Seaweed in a bowl and mix it well before servings.
