Japanese green tea sesame muffin

Ingredients

  • 50 g Unsalted butter
  • 30 g Sugar
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 50 m soy milk or fat free milk
  • 120 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp green tea powder
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp White sesame

Cooking Instructions

  1. Leave butter and egg to room temperature, then beat egg.
  2. Add sugar bit by bit to 1 beaten egg, mix well each time till almost stiff peak.
  3. Add milk to step#2, mix well.
  4. Add sifted flour and baking powder to step #3 mix well with a spatula. Add green tea powder, sesame and honey.
  5. Pour it into the cups, bake for 20min/Preheated 180℃.
  6. Done! Cool down and ready to eat!!
