Japanese Fruit cake

Ingredients

  1. cup heavy cream
  2. 1 cup curd
  3. 2 cups All purpose flour
  4. 1 tsp baking powder
  5. 2 tsp butter
  6. 2 cup sugar
  7. 1 cup whole milk
  8. 1 tsp vegetable oil
  9. For filling
  10. 3 cups whipped cream
  11. 2 cups fruits slice which u loved

Cooking Instructions

  1. Beat the oil, cream, butter, milk and sugar, then add All purpose flour and baking powder
  2. Now baked it by using parchment paper, it’s must more thin than usual batter
  3. Baked at 185d for 15-20 don’t overbaked, now keep it to cool, reverse the side
  4. Apply whipping cream and add fruits strawberries, blue barriers and apple
  5. Carefully roll it. And freeze it for 2 hrs at least
  6. Cut it in slice, I am cutting it without freezing so cream is coming out. Otherwise cream is thick as fridge it
