Instant Pot Quinoa

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 2 cups water
  • ⅛ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Pour quinoa and water into the Instant Pot®.
  2. Close the lid, turn the knob to Sealing.
  3. Press Manual or Pressure Cook button and adjust time to 2 minutes.
  4. When the timer beeps, allow 10 minutes to naturally release the pressure, then remove the lid, fluff with a fork, and serve
