Instant Pot Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 1 c. water
  • 2 to 6 ears corn, shucked
  • Butter, for serving
  • Kosher salt, for serving

Directions

  1. Place trivet in Instant Pot and add water. Place corn on top of trivet, arranging in a perpendicular direction if layering.
  2. Lock lid and set to Pressure Cook on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Let Instant Pot naturally release for 2 minutes, then follow the manufacturer’s guide for quick release. Be sure to wait until cycle is complete before unlocking and removing lid.
  4. Let cool slightly, then serve with butter and salt if desired.
