Instant Pot Apple Cider

Ingredients

  • 8 small apples
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 cinnamon sticks
  • 2 tsp ground cloves
  • Filtered Water

Instructions

  1. Quarter all apples, don’t worry about seeds.
  2. Place in the Instant pot. Pour brown sugar over the top and add cinnamon sticks.
  3. Pour water to the max line.
  4. Place pot on high pressure for 15 minutes.
  5. Do a quick release. Apples will be soft, mash them with a potato masher or spoon.
  6. Place you instant pot back on manual high pressure for 15 minutes.
  7. Do a quick release.
  8. Pour over a mesh strainer or cheesecloth to strain all the bits and pieces.
  9. Serve hot or Chill in the fridge and serve cold.
  10. Enjoy.
