Ingredients
- 1 cup Macaroni Pasta
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 small capsicum chopped
- 1 small carrot chopped into small cubes
- 5-6 cloves garlic minced
- 1/2 tsp garlic paste
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 tsp Green Chilli Sauce
- 1 tsp Schezwan Sauce
- 1 tsp Maggi Spicy Cheesy Tastemaker or Chicken stock cube
- 2 Amul Cheese Cubes
- As per taste salt
- 1 tsp Mixed Herbs
- 3 tbsp vegetable or olive oil
Cooking Instructions
- Cook macaroni in a pot of salted boiling water. Add 1 tbsp oil while boiling pasta. Cook for 8 minutes or until al dente. Drain and set aside. Assemble all ingredients. Chop green capsicum into small cubes. Peel and chop carrot into small cubes. Similarly chop onion and mince garlic.
- Heat oil in a pan. Sprinkle minced garlic and saute for 1 minute till light brown and aromatic. Add chopped onion and stir fry. Add carrot and stir fry. Next add capsicum and stir fry all on high heat. Add garlic paste, black pepper powder and salt to taste. Now add the boiled pasta. Add Schezwan sauce, soya sauce, spicy cheese flavored tastemaker or chicken stock cube, green chilli sauce, vinegar, mixed herbs. Toss to mix well and stir fry for 2 minutes.
- Add a cube of grated cheese and toss. Remove to a serving bowl and garnish with grated cheese. Serve hot.
