INGREDIENTS
- 3 teaspoons small sago (cooked)
- 3 teaspoons red gulaman or Gelatin, cubed
- 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar (adjust according to taste)
- 1/4 cup coconut milk (optional)
- 1/4 cup water (optional)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 teaspoon Pinipig (toasted) for Toppings
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a glass, put sago, gulaman, syrup, coconut milk, and water.
- Fill ice with crushed ice then top with toasted pinipig.
- Serve.
