Green gram waffles

Ingredients

  • 1 cup overnight soaked green gram
  • 1 inch piece of ginger
  • 1 green chilli
  • 4-5 ,cloves of garlice
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Blend the green gram, ginger, garlic, chilli, and water
  2. Add rice flour and mix well, to form a batter.
  3. Grease the waffle maker and pour enough batter and cook till crisp. Add cheese and sauce and serve hot
