Ingredients
- 1 cup overnight soaked green gram
- 1 inch piece of ginger
- 1 green chilli
- 4-5 ,cloves of garlice
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Blend the green gram, ginger, garlic, chilli, and water
- Add rice flour and mix well, to form a batter.
- Grease the waffle maker and pour enough batter and cook till crisp. Add cheese and sauce and serve hot
