Directions
1For the dressing: Combine the garlic, shallot, lime and lemon juices, spinach, basil, parsley, mayonnaise, sour cream, avocado, and parmesan cheese in a blender canister. Blend until very smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.
2For the salad dip: Combine the cabbage, cucumber, scallions, and dressing in a large bowl. Stir to combine. Fold in the chicken. Serve with pita or tortilla chips.
