Gingersnap Green Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, frozen
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons rolled oats
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Preparation

  1. In a blender, combine ingredients and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
