Ingredients
- 1 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, frozen
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- 2 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- In a blender, combine ingredients and puree until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
