Fennel juice

Ingredients

  • 430 g fennel
  • 370 g oranges peeled
  • 35 g lemon with peel
  • 1 pinch of cayenne pepper

Instruction

  1. Wash fennel and lemon well.
  2. Peel the oranges.
  3. Cut all ingredients to fit the hopper of your juicer.
  4. Then add all ingredients, except the cayenne pepper, one by one into the hopper and push them towards the auger with the compatible tamper. The fennel juice is ready when no more juice drips from the juice drum.
  5. Now pour the fennel juice into a bottle, add the pinch of cayenne pepper and shake well.
  6. Best enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
