Easy Pan Fried Chicken Tenders

Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken tenders in a large shallow bowl. Season with the salt and pepper and make sure all the tenders are seasoned.
  2. In a large heavy bottomed skillet set over high heat, add the olive oil and heat for about 2 – 3 minutes until the pan is really hot.
  3. Place the chicken tenders in the pan, making sure they are not touching or overlapping. Cook for about 4 minutes and then flip and cook the other side for a further 4 minutes or until the tenders are cooked through.
  4. Remove from the skillet and place on a plate. Serve with your favourite dipping sauces on the side.
