Easy and Authentic Okinawan Taco Rice

Ingredients

  • 170 grams Mixed minced meat or minced beef
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Japanese-style Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 3 leaves Lettuce
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 2 slice Easy melting cheese
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Nutmeg

Cooking Instructions

  1. Mince the onion and garlic. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry until cooked.
  2. Stir in the minced meat and fry until browned. Sprinkle in the nutmeg and add the ★ ingredients. Mix all together.
  3. Place a slice of cheese (without cutting it) over cooked rice. Microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds to melt the cheese. Top the melted cheese with the mixture from Step 2.
  4. Place the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a fried egg on top. Serve with ketchup to taste
