Mince the onion and garlic. Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry until cooked.
Stir in the minced meat and fry until browned. Sprinkle in the nutmeg and add the ★ ingredients. Mix all together.
Place a slice of cheese (without cutting it) over cooked rice. Microwave at 500 W for 30 seconds to melt the cheese. Top the melted cheese with the mixture from Step 2.
Place the shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and a fried egg on top. Serve with ketchup to taste
