Ingredients
- 1 c. frozen diced red dragon fruit (we used Pitaya brand)
- 3/4 c. steeped hibiscus tea, chilled
- 1/2 c. sliced frozen banana (from about ½ medium banana)
- 3 Tbsp. coconut milk
- Kosher salt
- Vanilla extract
Directions
- In a blender, puree dragon fruit, tea, banana, coconut milk, a pinch of salt, and a few drops of vanilla extract until smooth, 1 minute.
