Ingredients
- 1 cup loosely packed baby spinach
- 3/4 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 15 pecan halves
- 1/2 large ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks, and frozen
- 1 medjool date, pitted
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
- In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
