Ingredients
- 2 cups All-purpose flour or Maida
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 1/2 cup Custard Apple pulp
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup melted Butter
Cooking Instructions
- First of all, sieve all the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Also keep the frozen custard apple pulp ready. Thaw it beforehand for the ease of use.
- Add melted butter to the eggs along with the vanilla essence and the rest of the ingredients one by one except the custard apple pulp. Mix well until lumpfree.
- With the help of a spatula, fold in the custard apple pulp next. Plug in the waffle maker and grease with little butter or oil for each single batch.
- Add 3/4 of the batter at a time and make about 14 waffles with these measurements. It takes about 4-5 minutes for each batch to get done perfectly well.
- Do not open the lid immediately. Let the steam escape fully before opening so that you end up with super crisp and perfect waffles. Enjoy!
