Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds/ cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Oil for cooking
Cooking Instructions
- In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs, season with salt, ground black pepper and cumin mix well.
- Heat a pan on medium heat and add the oil,once hot pour the egg mixture.
- Let it cook for 4 minute until the edges start to set.
- Gently lift the edge with a spatula, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
- Once the omelette mostly set but still slightly runny on top cook for another minute.
- Slide the omelette in plate and serve with bread slices
