Cumin pepper omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds/ cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Oil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

  1. In a bowl, beat the 2 eggs, season with salt, ground black pepper and cumin mix well.
  2. Heat a pan on medium heat and add the oil,once hot pour the egg mixture.
  3. Let it cook for 4 minute until the edges start to set.
  4. Gently lift the edge with a spatula, allowing the uncooked egg to flow underneath.
  5. Once the omelette mostly set but still slightly runny on top cook for another minute.
  6. Slide the omelette in plate and serve with bread slices
