Ingredients
- 10 large shrimp, removed from shell and de-veined
- 2 medium size squid, tentacles separated and cut the body into rings – By the way if you’re worried preparing the squid, you can buy them already in rings!
- 1/3 of an Onion, sliced
- 2 Green Onions, chopped 1 inch length wise
- 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
- 2 teaspoon Ginger, sliced
- Salt, as desired
Instructions
- Boil water in medium pot. Once it stops boiling, throw squid and shrimp in and remove from water in 30 seconds. Drain all water and place aside.
- Heat a wok or skillet with olive oil on high heat. Add ginger and onion and cook while stirring for about a minute.
- Add the squid and shrimp from before. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
- Add salt as desired.
- Sprinkle the green onions and stir it all together. Serve!
