Chinese Seafood Stir Fry

Ingredients

  • 10 large shrimp, removed from shell and de-veined
  • 2 medium size squid, tentacles separated and cut the body into rings – By the way if you’re worried preparing the squid, you can buy them already in rings!
  • 1/3 of an Onion, sliced
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped 1 inch length wise
  • 2 tbsp of Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoon Ginger, sliced
  • Salt, as desired

Instructions

  1. Boil water in medium pot. Once it stops boiling, throw squid and shrimp in and remove from water in 30 seconds. Drain all water and place aside.
  2. Heat a wok or skillet with olive oil on high heat. Add ginger and onion and cook while stirring for about a minute.
  3. Add the squid and shrimp from before. Stir fry for 2 minutes or until cooked thoroughly.
  4. Add salt as desired.
  5. Sprinkle the green onions and stir it all together. Serve!
