Ingredients
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 cups frozen pitted cherries
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1 to 2 tablespoons honey
Directions
- Combine the banana, cherries, almond milk, yogurt and 1 tablespoon honey in a blender and puree until smooth. Adjust the sweetness with additional honey.
