Ingredients
- 600 g carrots
- 200 g apple with peel and seeds
- 200 g orange peeled
- 20 g turmeric with peel
- 15 g lemon with peel
- 1-2 pinch(s) of black pepper
Instruction
- Peel the oranges.
- Wash all remaining ingredients – except for the pepper.
- Cut all ingredients to fit the hopper of your juicer.
- Gradually add the ingredients, without the pepper, to the hopper and push them towards the auger with the compatible tamper. The carrot juice is ready when no more juice drips from the juice drum.
- Pour carrot juice into a bottle, add pepper, close bottle and shake well.
- Best enjoyed immediately or stored in the refrigerator for a maximum of 24 hours.
