Ingredients
- Caramel, for rimming glasses
- 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
- 1 (1.5-qt.) container vanilla ice cream
- 1 cup bourbon
- 1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp. honey
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon, plus more for garnish
- Whipped cream, for garnish
Directions
- In a shallow dish, rim two glasses with caramel and cinnamon sugar and set aside.
- In a blender, combine ice cream, bourbon, vanilla, honey, and cinnamon and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into glasses and garnish with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
