Ingredients
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 cup frozen blueberries preferably organic
- ½ cup old fashioned gluten free rolled oats
- 1 cup unsweetened non dairy milk rice, almond, soy, etc
- 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup or 2 Medjool dates
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon optional
- 2 ice cubes optional
- fresh blueberries for garnish optional
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
- Garnish with more fresh blueberries, if desired
