Ingredients
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 2/3 cup plain 2-percent-fat Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons rolled oats
- 1 1/2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 1 pinch salt
Preparation
- In a blender, puree ingredients until smooth. Serve immediately, or refrigerate until ready to serve.
