Ingredients
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
- 1 cup water
- Ice to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add as much ice as you wish to reach desired consistency.
