BLUEBERRY CINNAMON SMOOTHIE

Ingredients 

  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons flax seed meal
  • 1 cup water
  • Ice to taste

Instructions 

  1. Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and puree until smooth. Add as much ice as you wish to reach desired consistency.
