Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen berries
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ cup coconut milk
- Zest & juice of 1 medium sized orange
- 1/4 cup mint leaves fresh
- 1 tbsp frozen raspberries
- Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp toasted slivered almonds
Instructions
- In a blender add frozen berries, avocado, spinach, coconut milk, orange juice and mint. Cover and blend until smooth.
- Pour into bowl and sprinkle on your chia seeds, orange zest, frozen raspberries and toasted almonds. Serve immediately.
