Barako Coffee 

EQUIPMENT

  • Boiling Pot
  • Cup

INGREDIENTS  

  • 3 tbps. Kapeng Barako, coarse ground
  • 3 cups Boiling Water
  • 3 tbps. muscovado sugar, or honey optional

INSTRUCTIONS 

  1. Boil water in a pot, and then reduce heat when it started boiling
  2. Add the Kapeng Barako, and let it boil for a few seconds.
  3. Reduce the heat and add honey or sugar. Boil for up to three minutes, and take out from the heat.
  4. Stir and let it brew for 5 minutes before straining.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
