Ingredients
- 4 slices dried bael fruit
- 5 cups water
- 3/4 cups granulated sugar
Instructions
- Put 4 slices of dried bael fruit in a bowl and microwave at the highest heat for 1 minute or use a kitchen torch to slightly burn each slice of the fruit on both sides.
- Put the bael fruit in a pot and add water to the pot.
- Bring to a gentle boil over medium heat.
- Add granulated sugar to the pot and stir.
- Continue to boil until until the fruit is soft, about 15 minutes.
- Strain the drink into a pot with a strainer.
