Ingredients
- 2 tortilla wraps I used flour, you can use corn or any others really
- 10 pumps of spray oil
- herbs and seasoning of your choice
Instructions
- Preheat your airfryer to 160C.
- Lightly spray each of your tortillas, both sides, with spray oil.
- Add any herbs or seasonings. I find chilli works well with paprika, salt & pepper work well and a little parmesan is delicious!
- Take your tortillas and slice. I find a pizza slice easiest for this.
- I personally slice each tortilla in to halves, then quarters, then eighths. This allows me to make lots of tortilla chips! It is quickest to slice the tortillas once you have ‘dressed’ them, and then just give them a quick mix in a bowl to coat the edges again.
- Air fry for 4 minutes and then shake.
- Air fry for 3 more minutes and they should be ready to serve.
