Air fryer salmon fillets

Ingredients

  • 1 slice day-old bread
  • 25g butter, melted
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh dill, plus extra, to serve
  • 2 tsp chopped fresh chives
  • 2 (about 180g each) skinless salmon fillets
  • Extra virgin olive oil, to serve
  • Lemon wedges, to serve

Method

  1. Place the bread in a small food processor. Process until fine crumbs form. Transfer to a bowl. Add butter, dill and chives to the bowl. Season. Stir well to combine. Press mixture over the top of each salmon fillet.
  2. Place the herb-crusted salmon in the basket. Cook for 4 minutes at 180°C or until salmon is cooked to your liking. Drizzle with oil. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh dill.
